4. Eligibility and jurisdiction
This website is directed at residents of India, and at Non-Resident Indians and Persons of Indian Origin in jurisdictions where that is lawful. It is not directed at any person resident in or located in the United States of America or Canada, nor at any person in any other jurisdiction where publication or availability of the site would be contrary to local law or would subject Redberyl to any registration or licensing requirement there. Redberyl is registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India and holds no registration or licence in any other country. Persons accessing the site from outside India do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the law that applies to them, including any exchange control, eligibility and tax requirements in their country of residence.
The minimum investment for portfolio management services prescribed by SEBI is ₹50 lakh.

Information is provided as at the date stated and may become out of date. While we take reasonable care in preparing the content, we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or current, and we accept no liability for any error or omission. Performance figures, assets under management and other data are subject to revision and audit.
Where information on this website differs from the Disclosure Document filed with SEBI or from your client agreement, those documents prevail.

Any calculator or illustration on this website is provided for the purpose of demonstrating the effect of charges under assumptions that you select. The outputs are hypothetical, are not forecasts or projections, and do not constitute an offer of any particular fee terms. Actual fees are those set out in your client agreement.

10. Security and impersonation
We communicate only from @redberyl.in email addresses and the telephone numbers published on our Contact page. We never ask for passwords or one-time passwords, and we never request transfers to personal accounts. Report any suspected impersonation to compliance@redberyl.in.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms prescribed by SEBI, including the Online Dispute Resolution framework, the courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
